Please download the AIN Membership Application and AIN Applicant Reference Forms.  Return your completed Application for Membership to Dianne at AIN. You are also required to provide two character references. It is your responsiblity to send the AIN Applicant Reference forms to the references and have the references send the completed recommendation forms to AIN. All information disclosed will be kept confidential.

After your application is processed we will notify you of your acceptance status. Approved AIN applicants may be accepted on a six month assessment status. It is our policy to review our assessment members every six months. Once you are placed on an Intercessory Prayer Team and you have been evaluated in action we will consider you for full membership. Your involvement with AIN can ignite a fire for intercession that will impact those in the workplace right where you are and around the world.
